Meet James Prince – Clothing Artist

James is an artist born and raised in the Bronx, NY and has been creating art in almost every form since his teenage years in Harlem. “Art is the ultimate form of expression,” says James. “Working with kids, I appreciate their expression and they actually fuel my creativity and expressionism.”

James draws his inspiration from many artists, but none more than JoeFreshgoods. “I always called him “jp with a budget” because I could see myself executing my work similarly if I was on a larger scale.” He also enjoys “Sleezy” who is the lead designer for Eyes Wide Shut. “I really admire the niche he carved for himself in this oversaturated Indi-style streetwear world. He was a part a popup concert I curated a few years back but I would love to collab with him on a bigger level.”

Look out for James later this year as he will be dropping two major projects. “I am currently on schedule to release my Winter Drop 1 on 10/30/2022 at noon and Winter Drop 2 on Black Friday. Stayed tune!”
