Meet Rhayvan Jackson-Terrell, LSCW

Rhayvan is a licensed clinical social worker providing exceptional individual therapy to the community for the past seven years. She has been constantly fighting against the stigmas within mental health. “We must destigmatize mental health” – she says –  “and especially in communities of color. The old ways of brushing things under the rug are no longer working and honestly have never worked” Rhayvan has always encouraged people to “normalize their feelings and the idea of talking about them.” Everyone has mental struggles here and there… but that doesn’t mean you cannot lead a prosperous and enjoyable life!
